How does Inboxa connect to my Instagram account?
Through Meta’s official Instagram Graph API. You log in via Meta directly during setup — Inboxa never sees, stores, or asks for your password. The same way every approved business tool connects.
Can I review messages before they’re sent?
Yes. By default Inboxa drafts replies that you approve from the dashboard. Once you’re comfortable, you can enable auto-reply for the simple stuff — stock, prices, hours — and keep manual review for everything else.
What happens if Inboxa doesn’t know the answer?
It hands the conversation to you instead of making something up. You’ll see a notification in the dashboard and by email, and the customer sees a polite holding message. You stay in control of the tricky stuff.

What happens to my data if I leave?
Your catalogue, FAQs, and message history stay tied to your account. We don’t sell data, share it with third parties, or use it to train other businesses’ assistants.
